Shipping & delivery
Every order is printed after it is placed. The windows below are measured from the moment you order to the moment the parcel is handed over — production is already inside them, so there is nothing to add on top.

Where we ship, and how long it takes
We ship worldwide. Rates are quoted live by the print provider for your exact basket and address before you pay — the table below is the published band, not a guess.
Windows are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays at the producing facility. They are estimates made in good faith, not guarantees: carriers, customs and weather are outside our control.
What it costs
Standard shipping is free on orders over $120. Below that the postage in the table applies. Several garments in one order travel in one box, so a second item costs far less to post than the first.
All postage is charged in USD, in the same transaction as the goods. There is no separate shipping charge and no fee added after checkout.
Made to order, then posted
Nothing sits on a shelf. When you order, the plate goes to a print floor in the region nearest your address — the United States or the European Union — and the garment is printed, cured, folded and posted from there. In practice that means most orders to those two regions never cross a border.
An order containing several garments may be produced on more than one press and arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel is tracked separately.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed the moment the parcel leaves the print floor. If nothing has arrived by the end of your window, check that inbox first — including the spam folder, since a first message from a new sender often lands there — and then write to us.
Duties, taxes and customs
Import duty, VAT and customs handling charges, where a destination country levies them, are not included in the price and are payable by you to the carrier or the authorities. We do not collect them and we cannot pre-calculate them for every jurisdiction. The duties column above reflects what we expect for each zone.
A parcel refused at customs, or returned because duty went unpaid, is treated as a return: we refund the goods once it reaches the printer, less the original postage.
Addresses, delays and lost parcels
Check the address before you pay. Once printing starts we cannot redirect a parcel; if it has not yet gone to the press, write to orders@meridianplate.com and we will correct it. An order returned to sender because the address was wrong can be reposted at your cost, or refunded less the postage.
If a parcel is materially late, write to us: we chase the carrier, and where it is genuinely lost we reprint or refund in full. That is our cost, not yours.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
