Shipping & delivery
Every poster is printed after you order it. Shipping is free on every size, framed or not, and every parcel is tracked.

United States
We print, frame and pack in California. Your poster reaches your door in 4 to 8 business days from the day you order: 2 to 3 days in the lab and 2 to 5 days with the carrier. Weekends and US holidays are not counted.
A framed poster arrives assembled, with a hanger on the back. Without a frame the print ships rolled in a tube.
Order dates for Christmas 2026
Every order ships the same free way, so there is no rush upgrade to buy. Print only and framed posters have the same dates.

Other countries
Outside the US we ship the print without a frame. Allow 10 to 30 business days. Framed posters ship to US addresses only.
What it costs
Shipping is free on every order. It is charged in USD, in the same payment as the poster, and nothing is added after checkout.
Duties, taxes and customs
Import duty, VAT and customs handling charges, where your country charges them, are not included in the price. You pay them to the carrier or the authorities on delivery. We do not collect them and we cannot work them out in advance for every country.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link the day it ships. If nothing has arrived by the end of your window, check that inbox first, including the spam folder. Then write to us.
Addresses, delays and lost parcels
Check the address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, write to studio@meridianplate.com straight away and we fix it if the poster has not shipped. Once it has shipped we cannot redirect it.
If a parcel is late, write to us and we chase the carrier. If it is lost, we reprint it or refund you in full. That is our cost, not yours.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
