Where it all began does not have to be one spot. It can be the campus where you met, the town where you both grew up, or the street of your first apartment.
If you are not sure, try two or three in the editor. The poster redraws for each one and you can see which reads best.

Can I put just a year?
The date field takes a full date. Many people use the first day of the month or the year they remember.
Can I map a place abroad?
Yes. The map works anywhere. Framed posters ship to US addresses, prints ship worldwide.
Will it look like the preview?
Yes. The preview in the editor is the file we print, at 300 dpi. At checkout you can open it full size and read every letter.
What if the place is not on today's maps?
Type it the way you remember it. If it is gone (a bar that closed, a street that was renamed), we show the town around it and the poster keeps the name you typed. For the exact spot, type its old street address.
When does it arrive?
Each poster is made to order and printed in California. US orders arrive in 4 to 8 business days, framed or not. We email tracking the day it ships.
